INVENTORY REPORTS
Undertaken at the commencement of a tenancy with a list of all the fixtures, fittings, description of the walls, floor coverings, paintwork, light fittings, kitchen cupboards, built in cupboards and furniture if applicable, and details of any cleaning or repair issues that need attending to. |

CHECK IN REPORTS
We will if requested, meet with the incoming tenant and go though the inventory, make any additional comments and request for them to sign off the inventory report and attend to the key handover. |

CHECK OUT REPORTS
This would be prepared at the end of the tenancy, using the initial inventory report to reference any changes that have occurred during the tenancy, enabling the landlord/agent to decide whether the changes are due to fair wear and tear or attributable to the tenant. |

As a holiday home owner it may be impractical to visit your property regularly, our inspections can give you piece of mind, during times of unoccupancy to check on everything from forced intrusion, damage, damp or leaks. A report will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours or immediately should any emergency action be required. |
